BallTrace Bespoke - Design Guide

Bespoke stencils are custom made and laser cut to order.

We can produce most designs but we are limited by the size of the stencil (which is determined by the size of the ball!) and the width of the pen nib.

Consider the blank stencil below:

Generally speaking, your design will work successfully if...

...You could fit your design within the confines of the stencil 

WHEN...

...the minimum line width is no smaller than the width of the holes in the stencil.

You can rotate your design any way you see fit and you can use the space created by the holes in your design. You cannot "fill in" the holes.

Remember the design needs to work as a stencil! That means unless you can't have a blank in the middle of a hole unless you support it somehow! Look how the blank in the centre of the P is created for example.
